Terms of service

  1. Who I am. This shop is run by Jules Smith, trading as Jules Smith Art, in Middle England, UK. Email: info@julessmith.co.uk. My full business address is included in your order confirmation email.
  2. What you're buying. Originals are one-of-a-kind; colours on screen may differ slightly from the painting. Prints are signed giclée reproductions, made to order by Creative Hub, and come with a signed certificate. Cards are printed from my original artworks and hand-finished by me.
  3. Prices. Prices are in pounds sterling. I'm not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is added at checkout.
  4. Your order. I'll email to confirm your order, and the contract is made when that confirmation is sent. If something is unavailable (an original that has just sold elsewhere, say), I'll refund you in full.
  5. Cancelling and returns. See my Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  6. Copyright. Buying an original or print gives you the artwork, not the copyright. All images, paintings and words remain © Jules Smith. Please don't reproduce them without asking, but do feel free to share photos of them on your wall.
  7. Liability. Nothing here limits my responsibility where the law says it can't be limited.
  8. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
