Shipping policy

Prints

My giclée prints are made to order by my specialist fine-art printer, Creative Hub (theprintspace) in London, and posted direct to you. Each print is signed and comes with a signed certificate from Creative Hub.

  • UK delivery: £6.45 per order.
  • Timing: allow around 7 to 15 working days from order to doorstep (up to 5 working days to print and check, then the post).
  • Smaller orders go by post; larger or higher-value orders may be sent by tracked courier.
  • Overseas: prints ship worldwide, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Originals

Originals are packed by me, flat and with more card than strictly necessary, and posted from Middle England.

  • UK delivery: £5.99, dispatched within 2 working days of your order.
  • Overseas: the delivery charge is shown at checkout. You may have to pay import VAT or customs charges on delivery.

Cards

Cards are packed and posted by me. The delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Christmas 2026

  • Prints (UK): order by Monday 30 November.
  • Prints (overseas): order by Monday 16 November.
  • Originals and cards (UK): order by Friday 18 December.

Lost or late?

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the timescales above, email info@julessmith.co.uk and I'll chase it.
